Alaskan Icy Bay IPA

This 6.2% ABV India Pale Ale  is from the Alaskan Brewing Company of Juneau, Alaska.

The beer pours a deep golden in color. It is well carbonated, and there is a tall, foaming head of white. The aroma is toasted malt, light fruit, bubble gum, and very light pine. The taste follows the aromas, with a quite bitter finish. The beer drinks crisp, refreshing. It is nicely carbonated, but also smooth.
