Leinenkugel's IPL

Leinenkugel's Brewing Company is from  Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin.  They began brewing in 1867. Leinenkugel's has been owned by Miller for some time now. This 6.0% ABV India Pale Lager is their newest year round release.

The beer pours a very clear gem-like amber in color. There is a half-inch head of very light tan foam. The aroma is citrusy, fruity, toasted malt, caramel. The taste follows the aromas, moving back and forth between citrus and fruity hops and toasted and lightly caramel malt. The finish is very dry and moderately bitter. The beer drinks easy, with a crisp carbonation.
