The beer pours a clear dark golden in color. There is over
an inch of white, fluffy head that leaves light, occasional rings of lacing.
The aroma is light grain, light apple, light malt, fairly mild all around. The
taste follows the aromas, inoffensive in every way. It drinks light, smooth,
with a soft carbonation. This is a beer made for beach pounding.
