Riley's Sancha Honey Ale

This is a 5.5% ABV from Riley's Brewing Company of Madera, California. It is an ale with a touch of honey. Their labels feature semi-realistic, yet cartoonish versions of highly sexed women. The labeling makes me think gimmick, so their beer better be pretty solid to overcome the labeling. As of this post, their website is incomplete, so I don't know what their version of their story is yet.

The beer pours golden in color with a light haze. There is an inch of white foam that diminishes rather quickly. The aroma is toasted wheat, honey and lemony citrus. The taste is lemony, sour, tangy, bit of dish soap, light note of honey. If you drank your dish water with a squeeze of fresh lemon and with a touch of lemon Dawn, then you would have this beer. This one is a train wreck. Their Wildcat IPA was WAAAAYYY better.
