Rhinelander Export

This beer is from the Rhinelander Brewing Company.  Rhinelander Export Beer is a 5.0% lager in a 7-ounce short and stubby bottle.  It is brewed at the Minhas Craft Brewery in Monroe, Wisconsin.  I believe this is a revival of an old Wisconsin brand of beer.

The beer pours a golden yellow in color with a slight head of white foam.  The head rapidly dissipates. The aroma is slightly sweet grain, with a touch of bubble gum and green apple.  The taste is sweet grain and slightly fermented apple.  The mouthfeel is slightly creamy, carbonated, but not as much as one would expect.  This beer gets a perfect 100 score on the cool/cute bottle rating.  Unfortunately, the beer inside is on the low mediocre end, which is too bad, as I would desperately love to love this beer.
