Chick Premium Light Beer

Chick beer is contract brewed by Minhas Craft brewers in Monroe, Wisconsin.  The bottle calls for you to "Witness the Chickness."

This 4.2% ABV beer pours yellow golden with a large head of thick white foam that leaves moderate lacing down the glass.  The aroma is slightly sweet, malt o' meal and creamed corn, with a light floral bitterness.  The taste is light, but not as light as many light beers.  There is slightly sweet malted grain, a creaminess, and a very  light touch of honey and flowers.  There is almost no bitterness and very little aftertaste.  It is well carbonated, but still drinks creamy smooth.  Not bad as American light beers go, but I would prefer a touch less sweetness and some more hop bitterness on the finish, but then again, this beer is not really made for, nor marketed toward, me.
