This beer pours honey golden with a short white head. The aroma is heavy with grain, straw, dusty barn, and lots of lager “funk”. The taste is very malty grain, straw, lager funk, a touch of earthy sweetness, with a slightly dry and moderately bitter finish. Very flavorful, but the finish is a bit flat. A crisper finish would make this excellent.
