Wachusett Brewing Co. - IPA

The Wachusett Brewing Company has been operating since 1994 in Westminster, Massachusetts.

This 5.6% ABV India Pale Ale pours copper colored with nearly an inch of just off-white foamy and creamy head that leaves light lacing down the glass.  The aroma is fruity, zesty, a touch of citrus, tea with lemon, slightly creamy.  The taste is fruity and floral, aromatic, almost jasmine, like a slightly sweet tea with lemon.  The finish is smooth and only slightly bitter.  This is  a really interesting IPA, well balanced and very flavorful.
