This 5.2% ABV beer pours a glowing yellow golden, slightly cloudy, with a small white head that leaves a nearly clear glass. The aroma is much like a lager, grain and some straw/grain/barn/ "funk." There is a bit of light fruit in the aroma as well and some light leather. The taste is a wave of lager with the funk, followed immediately by a refreshing fruitiness with zesty citrus and tropical notes, with another quick wave of dry bitterness that finishes the flavor. While not visibly highly carbonated the beer has a biting, carbonated mouthfeel that finishes dry. This is a very flavorful and refreshing beer.
