Imperial Stout - This 10% ABV whopper is a seasonal release. The beer pours black like used motor oil, slightly viscous, with almost no head whatsoever. The aroma is dark roasted malt, almost smokey, coffee and dark cocoa, and a somewhat fruity sweetness like figs or raisins. The taste is sweet but not cloying, coffee and bitter dark chocolate, and raisins, both sweet and slightly tart at the same time.
Red Rambler Ale - The name comes from the fact that there used to be a Nash Rambler dealer at the location of the brewery. This beer pours ruby red and medium brown, dark but still transparent. There is a small head of off-white to light brown foam that dissipates rapidly. The aroma is malty and sweet, deep rich caramel, roasted malt, almost a bit of vanilla. The taste is sweet and fruity, deep caramel, but a nice dry and slightly bitter finish. This beer is absolutely delicious.
