Chaco Canyon Honey Gold - This 4.8% ABV beer pours dark honey golden and somewhat cloudy with a white foamy head that leaves lacing down the glass.  The aroma is slightly sweet and floral with a strong base of grain.  The taste is slightly sweet folowed immediately by a bitter, crisp and dry finish that leaves a pleasant aftertaste of grain.

Aries Marzen Oktoberfest - This 5.3% ABV beer pours a dark copper, brown and orange in color with a short head of light brown foam.  The aroma is toasted and roasted malt, nutty.  The taste is a very nutty and toasted maltiness, just a hint of caramel sweetness.  Oh, this is delicious!
