The beer pours a very clear golden in
color. There is nearly an inch of white foam. The aroma is sulfurous,
but not too much for the style, along with crusty bread, and some hay
and straw. The finish is dry, with a moderate grassy bitterness. There
is a slight off metallic note at the end. The beer drinks very crisp,
refreshing.
