Hoof Hearted Miracle Toast

This 10.0% ABV Imperial Stout is from Hoof Hearted Brewing of Marengo, Ohio. It is made with maple syrup, vanilla, and cinnamon. 

The beer pours black, with a quarter inch of tan head, foamy and creamy. The aroma is cinnamon, vanilla, sweet, with dark roasted malt, light chocolate, and coffee. The taste is a well balanced blend of all of the aromas, with a moderately bitter finish, more dry than sweet. The beer drinks very smooth and creamy, amazing that it is 10%.
