North Coast Steller IPA

This 6.0% ABV India Pale Ale from the North Coast Brewing Company of Fort Bragg, California. It's brewed in support of marine mammal research.

 The beer pours a bright orange and very light amber. There is a very tall, thick head of white to off-white foam. The aroma is bright, citrus, with a light touch of pineapple. The taste follows the aromas, lots of bright and tangy citrus, light touch of pineapple or mango, all over toasted malt. The finish is moderately bitter. The beer drinks very easy, with a tingling sparkle of carbonation. This isn't a mind blowing IPA, but it is a solidly enjoyable easy drinker.
