18th Street Brewery For Rent

This is a 3.2% ABV Citra hopped session pale ale from the 18th Street Brewery in the unique Miller's Beach neighborhood of Gary, Indiana. It is about a mile from the shores and sand dunes of Lake Michigan.

The beer pours a hazy apricot and honey in color. There is about an inch of thick, tight, white foam. The aroma is citrus, passion fruit, mango skin, with a bit of musky earthiness. The taste follows the aromas, hitting all the hoppy fruit notes, over toasted cracker malt. The finish is dry with a moderate bitterness. The beer drinks easy, medium-bodied, with a refreshing tingle of carbonation.
