Squatters Sociable Krystalweizen

This 4.0% ABV wheat beer is from Squatters Beers. They are part of the Utah Brewers Cooperative out of Salt Lake City, Utah. 

The beer pours a clear golden in color. There is a tall half-inch of white foamy head that rapidly disappears. The aroma is estery, banana, tart, and smokey. The taste follows the aromas note for note, but the banana esters take main stage. The beer drinks easy, and crisply carbonated, no bitterness. This tastes like a hefe and drinks like a light beer.
