Deschutes Pinedrops IPA

The Deschutes Brewery is in Bend, Oregon. This 6.5% ABV India Pale Ale is inspired by the Pinedrops trail near the brewery.

The beer pours yellow golden in color. There is a tall, thick, foamy head of white. The aroma is tart, piney, with loads of passion fruit and passion fruit skin. The taste follows the aromas, adding a bit of dank mango skin, with a dry and massively bitter finish. The beer drinks easy and crisp. Nothing wrong here, but not much going on here for me, this one didn't inspire me much.
