This is a white IPA from the Peak Organic Brewing Company of Portland, Maine that is brewed with organic coriander.
The beer pours honey golden and orange in color, hazy. There
is a tall, thick, foamy white head. The aroma is strong passion fruit blending
into coriander, tangy, floral, with an earthy funkiness. The taste follows the
aromas quite directly. It finishes very dry, with a light bitterness that grows
stronger in the aftertaste. It is medium to light bodied with an ample fine
carbonation. This is refreshing and quite flavorful white IPA that pushes
towards saison with its strong floral notes and bottle conditioned like carbonation.
