Hoppin' Frog Hoppin' to Heaven IPA

This IPA from the Hoppin' Frog Brewing Company of Akron, Ohio has 6.8% ABV and 68 IBU's. 

The beer pours burnt orange, amber and dried apricot in color. There is a large, thick, yet fizzing, tall, roiling head of off-white to very light tan foam. The aroma is tangy, citrusy, yeasty, grassy, fresh spring rain, and passion fruit over a caramel malt base. The taste follows the aromas and adds in apricot, peach and bread dough. The finish is moderately bitter, tangy, and somewhat dry. It is medium bodied and highly carbonated.
