Lech Premium Beer

This 5.2% ABV lager is from the Tyskie Browary, and brewed by the Kompania Piwowarska in Poznan, Poland. Interestingly, it has raised glass bumps on the sides of the bottle for a better grip; never seen that before. The beer pours a clear yellow golden in color. There is a tall head of thick white foam. The aroma is grassy, tangy, light grain and straw. The taste follows the aromas with a moderately bitter finish. It has a burning carbonation. There are some very good Polish lagers, this unfortunately is not one of them. I would put in the lower tier of Euro lagers. I guess "lech" rhymes with "blech."
