Evil Twin Bikini Beer

Evil Twin Brewing has its origins in Denmark, but its beers are actually brewed at ten different breweries around the world. It is imported by Twelve Percent Imports. This 2.7% ABV India Pale Ale is brewed at Lervig Aktiebryggeri in Stavanger, Norway. I guess this is a summer session lawnmower beer of an IPA.

The beer pours amber and copper in color. There is a short and thin head of off-white foam. The aroma is hop forward, quite funky with almost a sulfur note, citrus, some pine, tea with lemon, straw. The taste is piney, lemony, over toasted malt, with a very bitter finish. It is light bodied, but big flavored. It is well carbonated, almost fizzing in the mouth. It is surprising how much flavor they packed into this.
