Krusovice Imperial

This is a 5.0% ABV Czech lager from the Kralovlsky Pivovar Krusovice in Krusovice, the Czech Republic. The beer pours a dark yellow golden in color, clear and well carbonated. There is nearly an inch of pure white head, that dissipates fairly rapidly. The aroma is malted golden grain, some straw, slightly sweet. The taste is slightly sweet malted golden grain, some straw, a touch of lager funk, with a bitter and grassy finish. It is nicely and crisply carbonated. Note the best Czech lager, but nice.
