Hook & Ladder Brewing Company Flashpoint Pale Ale

The Hook & Ladder Brewing Company is brewed and bottled in Wilke Barre, Pennsylvania (contract brewed by Lion?).  Part of the sales of the company are donated to a local burn foundation.

This beer pours dark copper, brown and orange in color with a half-inch of creamy very light brown head.  It seems slightly hazy.  The aroma is malty, fruity, and has what I can only describe as a near vomit smell.  The taste follows the aroma.  A terrible pale ale.
