This beer pours black with a very minimal light brown head that dissipates almost immediately. The aroma is deep, dark roasted malt, some coffee, a touch of dark chocolate with a hint of raspberry. The taste is cold coffee, dark chocolate with light raspberry. The finish is quite dry, somewhat bitter. The mouthfeel is light considering the big flavors.
